About Arnie Sair
Arnie Sair serves as the VP of Global Quality for Neogen Corporation, a global leader in food and animal safety solutions, providing diagnostic testing and contamination control solutions to protect the food supply and improve animal health. Arnie joined Neogen in 2026 and brings 25+ years of leadership experience across quality, food safety and regulatory affairs within global food companies and consumer products organizations.
Before joining Neogen, Arnie served as the Head of Global Quality & Foods Safety with Bunge, the world’s leader in oilseed processing and a leading producer and supplier of specialty plant-based oils, fats and proteins. Prior to that Arnie held senior quality and regulatory leadership roles at Signature Brands and General Mills, including experience with dry cereals, milled grains, boxed and frozen meals, confectionary and snack foods.
Arnie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Foods and Nutrition from the University of Illinois, a Master’s degree in Food Science from Michigan State University, and his Ph.D. in Food Science from North Carolina State University studying foodborne viruses and molecular methods for their detection.
Throughout his professional career, Arnie has always strived to be an influential leader who has worked to build a culture that facilitates the development of high performing teams and foster positive customer and consumer relations.
Outside of work, Arnie and his wife, Kara, enjoy traveling with their two children, Jonathan (20) and Lori (18). In his free time, he enjoys hiking, following professional and collegiate sports, mentoring students and early-career professionals and supporting leadership development.
