About Tamanna

Tamanna Ramesh is a leader in the food and beverage industry. She believes that success doesn’t have to follow one script.  Her career spans Kraft Heinz and The Coca-Cola Company, with innovation at the center of her journey. 


After moving to the U.S. as an international student, she climbed the corporate ladder to lead global initiatives with ever-expanding scope and impact.  She is also the founder of Spark Careers, where she has helped more than 200 international professionals overcome career and visa roadblocks.

 

For Tamanna, success is about balance— the extrinsic milestones of advancing in leadership and 

the intrinsic rewards of creating equity and uplifting international talent in America.  Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and exploring cuisines and cultures. She also has a long-standing record of service with the Institute of Food Technologists, where she founded the Women’s Resource Group, chaired divisions, and served as regional president.
